Return Conditions
  • Refund processing for evening dresses and special day dresses is valid only if the product is cargoed to be returned to us on the same day. In case of exceeding the relevant period, the refund process can not be carried out absolutely
  • No refund is possible at any time before the exchange has been made.
  • If you want to return for any reason other than evening dresses and special day clothes, the return period of the product with the saleability feature is 7 days from the date of receipt. If you want to change and return the product, you must contact us via calling 0532 687 6037 or e-mail us at or fill out the product return form on our website. As a product return and amendment conditions, the applications required by the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection are essential.
  • All shipping charges for the items you send to with a refund request belong to the buyer. The product you are returning is undamaged and the saleability feature should be intact.
  • The product, which is subject to redemption, is delivered through Yurtiçi Kargo; you have to send us by paying the shipping fee in advance
  • In the case of refund, only the fee of product is made. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Returned products / products are worth, from the moment the products reach our depot; your credit card will be returned by checking the conformity of the product to the return conditions.  If you have made your payment by wire transfer or at the door, please complete your refund form as fast as possible with sharing us your bank name, bank account number and IBAN information. 
  • In the case of products included in the Free Shipping Promotion, the price of the product will be deducted from the shipping fee and, if applicable, the Cash On Delivery Fee
  • Your credit card will be refunded for the full amount of the product you have purchased on installments, but your bank will be able to repay
    your credit card in a repayment scheme.
